No Returns Policy: All Sales Final. Since all items are custom printed by our vendor, we do not accept returned items for refund, nor do we exchange items.

Please be absolutely SURE of color and size choices. Consult the sizing chart on each product page to be SURE of your size choices.  Items may be more likely to run small than large. If you're unsure, order the larger size.

Printing mistakes and defective items will be replaced at no cost to the purchaser.  If you have received a defective item, please take a photo of the defect so that we can alert our vendor, and email the order number along with the photo of the product to info@WebCookingClasses.com with the subject: DEFECTIVE ITEM.

Shipping Rates: Our vendor charges per-item shipping on all orders. They set the rates, Chef Todd does not.

For Shirts, Hats, and Mugs within the continental United States:  $5.00 for the first item, $2.00 for each additional item.

For Shirts, Hats, and Mugs within Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand: $7.00 for the first item, $3.00 for each additional item.

For Aprons within the continental United States: $7.00 for the first item, $3.00 for each additional item.

For Aprons within Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand: $15.00 for the first item, $5.00 for each additional item.  (Aprons come from a different vendor who sets the rates)

Your shipping costs are calculated by the number of items purchased, flat rate.
